Moderate ring wear, seam wear, bumped corners, bottom seam split ~2", water damage on bottom 1/8 of the sleeve with tears on the back and some remains of another sleeve stuck to the front. Record has a good amount of hairlines and scuffs (VG-).

The side indicators on the labels read ''SIDE 1'' and ''SIDE 2''

Original sleeve paste-over with both Stereo logo (at top) and Mono logo (bottom), which could be shifted up or down as needed
