Very faint creases on front, very faint ring wear, couple of very small spots of wear along the mouth on the front, piece of back slick torn off a long the bottom (about a 1" trapezoid, not into the print block). Record has a few scuffs through first two cuts on side 2--NAP. It's actually an uncommonly-clean copy.
 

Notes:

Early stereo pressing, black RCA (Indianapolis pressing) type-set variant with silver print. Different from [r3916028 with just "Side 1"/"Side 2" with larger 1 and 2 on the right, no mention of "Stereo Orthophonic High Fidelity", and slightly smaller and thinner font.
